Umrah Package Competition Rules

Welcome to the HKKGS School competition! By participating in this exciting competition, you agree to the following rules and guidelines. Please read carefully to ensure you understand how to enter and what is required for a valid entry.

1. Eligibility

• Open to All in the UK: The competition is open to participants from all over the UK.
• Donation Criteria: Only donations that are successfully raised and processed will be counted towards the total amount.

2. Competition Period

• End Date: The competition ends on 15th July 2025 at 11:59 PM GMT. All donations must be completed before this time to be counted.

3. How to Participate

Entering the competition is simple:

• Sign Up: Visit the HKKGS School website, click on the Ramadan Campaign, and then click on Join Campaign to create your fundraising page.
• Share Your Fundraising Page: Once you’ve created your page, share your unique link with friends, family, and your network to encourage them to donate.
• Raise Donations: Encourage as many people as possible to donate to your fundraising page. The participant who raises the highest amount in donations by the end of the competition will be the winner.

4. Winner Selection

• Winner Determination: The participant who raises the highest total amount of donations by the end date of the competition will be awarded the grand prize.

5. Prize

• Grand Prize: The winner will receive two fully paid Umrah packages for themselves and a companion. The specific travel dates will be arranged with the winner. Please note that the prize does not include travel during Ramadan or Hajj season.

6. Important Notes

• Fraudulent Activity: Any participant found submitting fake or duplicate donations will be disqualified from the competition.
• Final Decision: HKKGS School’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.
• Changes or Cancellations: HKKGS School reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via the HKKGS School website.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your Data: By entering the competition, you consent to HKKGS School collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of running the competition. Your data will not be shared with third parties outside the terms of the competition.

8. Disqualification

• Disqualification: HKKGS School reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in unfair or unethical practices or fails to comply with the competition rules.
• Fraudulent Donations: Participants caught attempting to manipulate the system, including through fraudulent donations, will forfeit their eligibility to win.

9. Winner Notification

• Notification Process: The winner will be notified within 7 days of the competition closing, via the contact details provided during registration.
• Claiming the Prize: If the winner does not respond to the notification within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected.

10. General Terms

• Prize Restrictions: The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other substitute. HKKGS School is not liable for any damages or expenses incurred during the winner’s use of the prize.
• Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable, and the winner is responsible for any additional costs not covered by the prize.
• Governing Law: This competition and its terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

11. Sponsorship and Fund Allocation

• Sponsored by AFJ LTD: This entire competition is sponsored by AFJ LTD. All donations raised will go directly to the cause, with no fees or deductions taken from the funds raised.
